Refund policy

• Please make sure you send a Return Request to marieleboutiquepr@gmail.com@gmail.com and explain the reason for your return.

• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused,  in the original packaging. Merchandise must be returned new, without any odors, unaltered and with all the tags attached.

• No money will be refunded  STORE CREDIT ONLY.  Store credit can be used up to 30 days upon being issued.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

• Customer has up to five (5) days after receiving merchandise to return or exchange item.

• NON RETURNABLE ITEMS: White & ivory clothing, Swimwear, bodysuits, Holiday or seasonal clothings (Sequins, Rhinestones, Leather or Metallic). One Size clothing, Accessories (Bags & Belts) and Jewelry, are Final Sale and are not eligible for returns nor exchanges.

• Items on SALE cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes flash sales or discount codes. All sale items are final.
